Aussies on Top in BMX
The UCI have published the latest round of rankings fresh from the World Championships.
Overall Australia remains at the top of the nation's leader board in the Elite Men's competition thanks to Sam Willoughby, and second in the Elite Women (Caroline Buchanan).
Bodi Turner (9th) is the best placed Australian in Junior Men, while Rachel Jones(7th) heads the Australians in Junior Women.
The biggest changes have come via individual riders moving up and down the rankings bassed on their performamces at World Cups and then the World Championships.
The Australian reputation has also been boosted by the World Championship win by Desree Barnes in the Girls 10 Final.
