Shifting Gears: Hawthorn Cycling Club

The Women’s Club Forum is an opportunity to learn, network and discuss with representatives from other cycling clubs on ways clubs can become more female friendly.

The 2012 edition will feature a presentation by members of the Hawthorn Cycling Club committee on how a dedicated change of focus has resulted in a growing women’s membership.

There will also be an opportunity to discuss some of the initiatives trialled by clubs since the 2011 Women’s Club Forum and to hear more about the work of the Women and Girl’s Commission.
