Dirtriders: Round 3 Winter Series 2012 Sunday 26th August

These races are pitched at the those wanting to experience racing without the seriousness of a state or national level round.  Ideal for first timer or roadies wanting to give it a go.  Tracks are challenging but not dangerous.

Racing starts at 10:00 am so register after 8:30 am at the home track Dallas Brooks Scout Camp Harpfield Road Beaconsfield Upper (see map in Rides and Training).

Racing Grades include:

A: Elite and Expert - Test your fitness and win cash

B: Experienced and fit riders (expect 1.5 hours)

C: Experienced but not fit (less than 3 hours training per week)

D: Giving it a go to see how you go (no pressure 1 hour duration)

under 17(usually some hot racing here)

Under 15 Free but need a day license.

Cost is $20 per rider plus $20 for a day license.

Note:  A day license is only required for those who do not have a MTBA license to race (join up now if you are racing at any event at least 5 times in a year).

Prizes will also be provided for placing and this will depend on the numbers.  The larger the field the bigger the reward.
