Work commenced this week to upgrades at the Sleeman BMX Supercross Track with work concentrating on getting the surface correct as well as moulding many of the jumps to a consistent standard.
The work has been coordinated by High Performance team coach Wade Bootes who has extensive experience in the sport as a rider and a coach. Bootes will be preparing the Australian team riders at the facility ahead of the 2012 World Cup series, World Championships and of course the 2012 London Olympic games.

The Sleeman facility holds a number of Open Sessions throughout the year with sessions planned for November, December and January. To access the BMX Supercross track riders must be a registered BMX Australia rider.
